On behalf of the pupils, staff, and governors, I am delighted to welcome you to Little Reddings Primary School — a vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing community where every child is empowered to achieve their full potential.
At Little Reddings, we celebrate the uniqueness of every child and are dedicated to meeting their individual needs. We are passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to become confident, enthusiastic, and resilient learners. Our high expectations for all pupils ensure they are both challenged and supported, enabling strong progress regardless of their starting points.
We are proud members of the Bushey St James Trust, and benefit from the collective strength, ambition, and vision that being part of this local multi-academy trust provides.
Following a brand-new, state-of-the-art rebuild, our school offers outstanding facilities designed to inspire and support learning across all areas of the curriculum. These include a fully equipped dance studio, an innovative Maker Space for science, cookery, art, and technology, as well as dedicated wellbeing and sensory rooms to nurture emotional and pastoral development. Our extensive outdoor grounds feature a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), a Sports England-approved pitch, and a beautiful private woodland – all of which play a key role in enhancing our rich, creative, and outdoor-led curriculum.
Our recent Ofsted inspection, where we were graded ‘Good’ in all areas, reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Our carefully designed curriculum is both ambitious and inclusive, supporting academic achievement while fostering social, physical, and emotional development – preparing children not only for the next stage in education but for life beyond school.
We place great importance on building strong partnerships with parents and carers, recognising that your involvement is vital in enriching your child’s experience and supporting their progress.
With best wishes,
Mrs Rebecca Tregear
Acting Executive Primary Headteacher
